They told me they worked on Sunday. I had everything eat up for Saturday/ Sunday. TV, internet, etc. Two days before the move they change it to Monday. They also pester you to death! But the moving company, Moonlion moving, those guys were fantastic!

Rita was Aces! Give that girl a raise! She was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed working with her. I was stressed out with the move and she made the process easy for me. I will use iMoving for my next move because of Rita (as long as I don’t have to use Brandon at SuperMovers to coordinate it – he was terrible I did a review on him as well, not pretty…. The local guys were great, Brandon was not.)

A great way to book a mover without an estimator coming by. We gave them the dimensions and descriptions of the items and they ave us a choice of 6 different companies sorted by price, rating, and years in business. I chose the middle option and Pyramid movers knocked it out of the park.

We had issues with the third party company hired to do our move. I do want to say I am VERY happy with RITA and Imoving on there ability to listen to customer concerns and empathize when there is a concern. Rita is friendly, quick to call back, shows great customer service and addressed issues quickly and professionally. I will use this company in the future because of her.

Jose M and Rita have been wonderful to work with. This is the second move I’ve contacted Jose M. Each time he has found the right company for my delivery needs. The first was to move living room and 1 bedroom if furniture only to a friends house. This time I reached out to Jose for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom very full apartment on second floor walk up. The movers were great. Rita was also very helpful.

I had a Great experience with iMoving , there website is super user-friendly . I was able to pick and choose my items that i planed on moving, and then was able to compare ratings and prices of different movers . I really appreciated there CS department , they called me to confirm my pickup time ( after the movers already called as well ) . Same happen after delivery they called again to ask me how my move went and how was my experience with them in general.

Awesome people! They were honest with me and stated all the possible challenges of moving my office. They asked for enough time and they kept to it. I really wished I had worked with them from my first relocation. I had rest of mind with iMoving. You should try them too
They need to work on their customer service and punctuality. They did not respond in time but it was a great move after all.
