destroyed a bunch of my stuff when I used them to move... then they use some 3rd party company to give you the run around and make it an extreme hassle to try and get a refund. once you finally do get an offer, they low ball you well below the required amount specified by their OWN fine print. If your moving out of state too good luck seeking any sort of recourse. you'd have to pursue it in TX not wherever you end up. If you want anything you own to still be in one piece when it shows up, then avoid this company AT ALL COSTS. They damaged my couch, motorcycle, dishes, box spring... the list goes on.
Terrible from beginning to end. MIs-quoted the price for the total move, took more than 2.5 weeks to get furniture than promised, damaged furniture, careless delivery/unpacking, and set up a claim system that was impossible to comply with. BUYER BEWARE
My bad review was not accepted on this site. Don't trust them. They don't provide insurance on your furniture no matter what your packers say. This is my second review.
This moving company LOST visions to a very expensive sofa and refused to reimburse one cent for the sofa that was new and became garbage bc they lost the cushions. They don’t answer the phone snd they refused to accept a receipt that was given to them to evidence the customer made sofa and it’s cost. We did not receive one penny
Horrible. The sales people really did a great job of convincing me I could trust them. Needed more cash, didn't even take what they were supposed to. I totally got railed.
The trouble began the minute the movers arrived. The quote I was given wasn’t valid and they needed an extra $400. I wasn’t happy about it because nothing changed but we settled on $300 and they began packing. 3 weeks later, my household goods arrive and they open up the back of the truck to reveal a huge tear in my mattress and over half the boxes smashed or torn open. Every corner of my farm style dining tables was severely chipped and in repairable. I immediately called US Movers to file my moving claim. They referred me to a third party service (they don’t answer calls). They have been snark, rude with no compassion or concern to seeing this matter resolved. It has now been nearly 3 months and we still don’t have a resolution and and have not been able to get their insurance company to respond. I wish I could upload pictures to display how bad it really was. PLEASE DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
