DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY. They are running a scam. Worked with Jim to schedule the move. Put down a deposit. Jim put in my contract that I could cancel for a full deposit refund up to 5 days before my move. When I tried to cancel my move a MONTH before the move, I was told I was only going to get half of my deposit back. Called Jim and Maria in customer service about 3x a week to get this fixed. Maria was constantly unavailable and rude. I had to call so often because they wouldn't take my calls. Finally was told a flat out that Jim did not have the authority to offer me a full deposit refund, even after I talked to someone in the billing/finance department. Repeat: DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY.

On October 20, 2021 I got a quote from a Jake Walker. When I got the quote and told him that I wanted to keep shopping around, he got really aggressive and rude. However, the price he quoted was a fairly decent price. So, I called back today, October 29, I spoke to a new representative (I think his name was Matt). Matt was also a little rude but manageable. We walked through updated items on my list and I got the quote, it was higher than other companies so I told him that I'd like the quote sent to me. He asked if it was a price issue and I said yes. Just like Jake, he got aggressive and started trying to sell why they are better company. I stopped him mid sentence and explained how I've moved across country 4 times now and I know how the process work and that I'm not trying to be rude but I'm burnt out on hearing the sales pitch. He responded "I'm burnt out too. Have a good day." Then I hung up. If you're thinking about using this company for your move across country, be cautious of the poor customer service.

Total scam. Used bait and switch at the last minute when I had to be out of my house with the new owners moving in. Charged me ore than five thousand dollars over original quote. They subcontracted with Pro Tri State movers. They were horrible. My furniture arrived broken, scratched, dented and they would do nothing about it.

Do yourself a favor and hire another moving company. Unfortunately, I hired Priceline Logistics LLC for a move from Boston, MA to Clearwater Flrorida, boxes that clearly had Fragile or Glass written on them were smashed. They promise you the world until you can only get 50% of your deposit back, which is towards a future move and not an actual refund, then you can't get in touch with them. They increased the price several times, and I was told by the movers who were actually moving my stuff that my contract with Priceline Logistics was meaningless and wanted a $700 tip in addition to the cost of the move. Definitely a scam. Don't make the mistake I did and hire a reputable, well-known company instead. You will definitely wind up paying more than the original Priceline quote and the care very little about the way they handle your property.

I used Priceline Logistics for a move from Boston, MA to Clearwater, FL. When I booked the move, I spoke with Jim Miller and was quoted 2469.64 for the move. I was moving mostly boxes and a few small furniture items. When I made the call, I hadn’t completed packing, so I informed Jim that I wasn’t yet sure of the final amount of boxes and wanted to wait until I had a final number. He assured me not to worry because my move was well under the 2,000lb limit and said I could just call back when I had the final number of boxes. He also assured me the price would not go up and never mentioned a word about cubic feet, nor did he mention that Priceline Logistics wouldn’t be the company moving our stuff. Jim also assured me that he would be there “every step of the way”, but I was not able to reach Jim. In fact, it took over two weeks before I was able to reach anyone because no one answered the phone, and no matter what number I called, the mailbox was always full. I did eventually get someone to respond to email and someone did eventually call me back, but I was then informed that the price would go up to 3,549 because I had more than 286 cubic feet with the additional boxes. I should have cancelled then, but I had already paid the deposit, which by this time was only 50% refundable as a credit toward a future move, so I agreed to the increase and was promised again that the price would not go up save 75 dollars for an extra set of stairs. I was given a three-day window for my move August 16-18th, however, I received a call from the driver of Moving Express, who had been hired to move my stuff, that Saturday (August 14th) informing us that they were coming the next day August 15th between 11-1 pm. When I stated that did not work for me, I was told that I had to accept that day because they could not come any other day that week. When they arrived a little after 3pm, I was told that I would need to pay another $1500 because I did not wrap the furniture I had in blankets so they would need to supply the blankets and wrap the furniture. They also said, there was a charge for every seven steps after the first seven stairs. Our unit was on the 3rd floor. When I told the driver that my contract stated every 15 steps and that the moving blankets were included in the price, the driver stated, “That contract is with Priceline and doesn’t mean anything to us.” I tried to call Priceline but they were closed, so I told them to forget it and that I would work with my credit card company to get the deposit back. They then came down on the price and asked for a $700 tip instead. I knew I was being taken advantage of, but given that I was not sure if I would get another mover by the time I had to vacate my home, not to mention I was risking losing my deposit, which was over 1,500, I agreed to pay the $700 tip. My stuff was shipped to a storage facility and when the driver called to provide me with a delivery date, he wanted even more money stating that he would need a shuttle truck. I had already confirmed with the storage company when I made the reservation that a semi truck would not be an issue. When I informed the driver of this, he did not believe me and asked me to call to confirm again. I did and got the same information, which I shared with the driver but he still did not believe me, so I told him that I was not paying for a shuttle truck when it wasn’t necessary and that I would expect my stuff at the storage facility the following day as agreed. When he got to the storage company, he wanted an additional $50 because the unit was on the 2nd floor. When he was told that there was an elevator and that the additional fee only pertained to stairs, he agreed to bring the stuff to the unit but just piled our stuff in the unit with no organization. Given all of this, I would NEVER, EVER use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. They should be ashamed of themselves. I was left feeling cheated and embarrassed.
