My items are still in Texas sitting in a truck or warehouse. I was told it would deliver on the 15 or 16 of April to Burbank California . Now am told they are waiting for a truck

    Don’t use them!!!!! All they do is hustle you for more money in the beginning and the end. They damaged our large Big Screen TV and they and their claim process is so complicated they want you to give up. Everything they tell you is wrong, they use sub contractors in other states who hustle you for more money and tips. The workers even told us how awful their company is. Don’t use them , pay the extra money for United or any Real moving company. They wanted to charge us More money for every step so we had to help since they showed up at midnight, They don’t care!!!

      Pick up: Nov 12 2021 Delivery: Jan 16 2022 What a nightmare has it been working with this company. Not responsive. Full of lies. Majority of our items are all damaged and after reading a few reviews below mine, I am afraid we have lost thousands of dollars and will not be compensated for our items. However, we will try to move forward with a claim. I have tried calling their only number, they’re answering and hanging up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Lies. Scam. I can go on about my horrible experience…

        I did not pick Respect, LLC dba Mover van lines (MVR) for my move. Nationwide moving services (NMS) resourced/subcontracted with Mover van lines (MVR) to do the move. MVR does not respond to phone calls, voicemail messages or emails. When they do respond (1 in 10 attempted calls), the staff are rude. After I paid the pick up payment directly into Respect, LLC account per their request, I emailed Amanda F to contact me with delivery date. She had no idea if payment was received. She was supposed to check and get back to me, but never did. One week later, I receive an email from their billing department claiming my pick up fee was not paid and they were charging me late fees. In the meantime, they held my goods hostage. They did not notify me when my goods were going to be delivered. In fact, MVL did not even deliver my goods. They contracted yet another company North American Movers to deliver my goods. They took my things on 11/27/2021 and I did not receive them till 12/27/2021. On actual day of move, MoveR van lines (MVR) came to load my stuff. They claimed NMS had underestimated the volume (396cf), and they were going to charge me for an additional (154cf) for exact same items on NMS inventory list. They charged me an additional $1242 and I was left with no choice but to sign the new contract. Their movers wrapped furniture in thinly padded paper and cling wrap which is inadequate protection. Needless to say, there was considerable damage to furniture (edges and corners chipped right off, deep scratches etc.). In addition, they did not list all the items in the inventory. Several items went missing/stolen? I had 2 expensive antique lamps go missing in addition to other items. AVOID THIS MOVER AT ALL COST.

          My wife and I were searching for a moving company to move our belongings from Gilbert Arizona to Plymouth Minnesota. We found Mover Van Lines (Respect LLC) and decided to proceed with them as our moving company. The company showed up on 11/29/2021, packed up our belongings and estimated one to two weeks for our belongings to be delivered to our new address in Minnesota. After a week I touched base with Amanda Flores, a representative from Mover Van lines to check on our estimated delivery date. After some back and forth via email, her summarized response was “your stuff will get there when it gets there”. This was our first major red flag. Our belongings were finally delivered to our new home on 1/4/2022 If this we the only issue we would have already expected partial reimbursement for the far overdue delivery time. As the movers were unloading our belongings, it was apparent that most of our items had been partially or completely destroyed. Thousands of dollars’ worth of damages. In addition, some of our valuable items had been stolen. We essentially paid $7116.43 for our belongings to be destroyed and stolen. I have tried to contact Mover Van Lines via phone numerous times with no success. Their phone rings with no answer every time. I have been in contact with Amanda Flores, which is likely a false identity, to collect back damages from the move. We have filed reports with the following agencies: US Department of Transportation Federal Trade Commission State of Nevada Attorney General IRS I would recommend to anyone else that has had a similar experience to also make reports to the above agencies so we can put a stop to this scam and their shady business practices.

            Our 1st impression was good. They came to the house, packed what was left to pack & loaded the trucks. Took our belonging to Las Vegas for storage with our delivery date on Nov. 15th. My husband called the company on Nov. 12th just to confirm the delivery. WHAT???? He was told he should have read the FINE PRINT. In the fine print it said that the company has 2 weeks from the delivery date to actually deliver your belongings! So we moved into our house & slept on the floor with our 2 boys, used paper plates, etc. Finally, we get a call around Nov. 18th to say the truck was loaded & we would get a call when they were 24 hrs. away. We received our belongings on Nov. 22nd. Now we thought, great, they did a great job unloading & putting everything back together. THEN, we realized we didn't get 2 of our ladders & a dresser. I called the company & left a message. No one returned my call so I called again. AGAIN, no one has ever contacted us. I guess they don't care that they didn't deliver everything. THE ACTUAL WORKERS THAT DID THE LOADING WERE FANTASTIC, THE COMPANY ITSELF SUCKS!!!!!
