Professional team.

5/ 5

These guys showed up prepared and wore protective gear. I appreciated their attention to detail. The cost was quite fair for the work performed. I plan to recommend them to my friends and family.

HORRIBLE COMPANY

1/ 5

I would NEVER recommend a company like this. we contacted them among the covid lock downs to move us. we paid them a deposit of $640. they called us to let us know they would NOT be able to bring our goods on post due to covid restrictions at our receiving post. we let them know we would not be able to use their service if they could not get on post. they then told us we would NOT receive a refund bc it was not “their” fault…nor was it ours…nor had we gotten any calls about the driver coming. we disputed these charges! their co-owner sent a letter to our bank stating they had already contacted us to let us know the truck was coming. 100% false. they said we had to give them 72 hours notice…we told them the day after we booked it bc THEY called and told us THEY wouldn’t be able to complete the task. the reservation wasn’t even for 72 hours later. then offered us a 20% refund…which more than a month later we STILL haven’t received…we have called countless times only to be told we would receive a call back…that we have NEVER gotten. I would suggest you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTING. we are a military family that got COMPLETELY screwed by this company. I will let ALLLLLLL MY BATTLES know never use this company.

Good services from Florida to Oregon

5/ 5

This is the second move I’ve had this year due to relocating for work. I went with All Pro because after getting a few quotes they were the highest, but always answered texts and calls immediately. Ian was very upfront about all charges, and I appreciated that. They showed up on time, wrapped all of my furniture, then loaded it all into the truck. Very impressed with the level of service they provided and will recommend them to anyone looking for moving services.

No issues and good prices.

5/ 5

We had a good experience with these guys when they over us last month from Seattle to Fort Lauderdale. The cost was quite fair and there were no issues or delays. They also shipped our cars for us and there were no issues with that service either. We recommend their services.

Great move.

5/ 5

My move from Daytona Beach to Atlanta went well. A work colleague recommend these guys and had used them before. They didn’t disappoint. There were no issues or delays with the pickup and delivery of my things. The cost was fair and there were no additional fees following the move.

Good move.

My move from Miami to New York City went smoothly. There were no delays or other issues. Also, there were no additional costs at the end of the process. I’d highly recommend All Pro for your long-distance moving needs.

SAVE YOURSELF

1/ 5

This has been the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a business. I needed to move from Northern VA to Chicago IL for a project. I signed a contract on Dec.13. I repeatedly mentioned that I needed delivery on or before Dec. 23 I also mentioned that my building has strict moving rules. We have to reserve an elevator and schedule the move at least 72 hours ahead or they would charge a fee and could refuse to accommodate the move. They said though she couldn’t guarantee a delivery date as that was against regulations but most moves took 5-7 business days and this definitely would not be a problem. Per my quote I paid a $598 deposit to All Pro and was supposed to pay $420 on pick up and another $420 on delivery. My things were picked up Dec.18th I was told I was going to receive a call the night before pickup so I could prepare. I did not. I received a call from the driver when he was 30 minutes away from the storage unit. The pickup and drop off prices went up to $463 each. I said fine and tipped them $100 to get my stuff there safe and on time. The company who actually had my goods was MIRIT Great American. I reached out to them and got a call back on Dec.19. They were shocked to hear I needed my things by the 23rd. For the next two and a half weeks I emailed, text messaged, and called trying to get an ETA on the move and to make sure the movers knew about my building requirements. I talked to countless people and they all said it would be fine. On Jan 15 almost a month from the pickup date I received a call around 5:30 saying they were going to make the delivery the next morning. I said that’s impossible because as I’ve said in all my emails, calls, and texts my building has rules and I need to reserve the elevator as well as register the move. he said he would call base and figure it out, he may have to do it at the end of the route or they would have to drop it off to another company or something. The next day I get a call bunch of calls from them around noon. I call back and he tells me he is 30 minutes away and asks where I want him to put my stuff. I was confused as we just spoke about this was not possible last night. We were both very clear and at no time did he declare his intent to just try and make the delivery anyway. As the conversation progressed it got progressively more rude until a friend that was with me decided to start recording because she was shocked at his tone and behavior. Finally he said I had 20 minutes to figure out or he would leave my stuff on the floor in my lobby or on the curb. In a panic I called my building and begged them to facilitate this delivery as I did not want my things thrown away or stolen. They agreed as long as I paid the $600 unscheduled move in fee. The driver then told me I had to pay the balance first electronically as I was not in town. I refused as I could not verify my furniture was actually there or undamaged. I told him I would transfer the balance the next day when I got back into town. He refused and said he was going to put my things in storage at MY expense. For the next couple days I call and email trying to get an update on the status of my move and a location of my things. Finally I get a call back and they basically tell me if I have to pay an additional $1200 to get my things delivered. At this point I’m done. I despise being taken advantage of and luckily I come from a family of lawyers who hate when businesses hide shady practices behind a contract. I retained legal counsel and they plan to file complaints with the DOT, BBB, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Admin, and ASMA. They are requesting my contract from both companies and plan to pursue it as they believe I have a case under Chicago regulations and statutes. All I can say is SAVE YOURSELF. I would have been much better off just selling or donating all my things to Salvation Army. 1000% a better use of time and money.

SCAM ARTISTS & LIARS

1/ 5

*WARNING THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS & LIARS* This will be a lengthy review as it includes all names of employees, dates, and lies that this company portrayed. On Oct 2, around 5:00 p.m. I spoke with Will from All Pro Moving Group to discuss a major move from New York to Florida on Nov 21. Will and I briefly discussed the nature of the move, costs, and items. I was subsequently transferred to Billy. Billy and I spoke on the phone for nearly an hour and a half discussing Department of Transportation Laws in interstate moving, discussed inventory, and costs. We also discussed the time to cancel which was 72HRS from the move date. *All Calls are Recorded* A month went by and I had not heard from any representative. On Nov 14, I called All Pro and asked to speak with someone to discuss final inventory and final costs. I called every day and no one returned my calls or e-mail until Nov 20. Nov 20 was 72hrs prior to move so if I didn’t cancel, I’d lose my deposit. On Nov 20, I spoke with Billy for an hour confirming every item that will be placed on the truck, which included sizes, dimensions etc. Here is where the lies and lack of transparency come into play. On Nov 21, I received a call from Century Moving Company, which means All Pro sold my job to them. Century informed me that they would come collect my items on Nov 22, and that it could take UP TO 14 DAYS before delivery to Florida. This was the FIRST time I had ever heard of anything like this. Neither Will, or Billy ever discussed this. This was not included in the Online Electronic Signature Contract I signed either. Of course, by this time, I could not cancel anything. I called All Pro to ask about the 14 day delivery and SHANNON was adamant that on Nov 5, she called me and read from a prompt the policies regarding the 14 day delivery. I asked for a copy of that recording because I do not recall receiving that phone call and 14 day delivery was a shock factor that certainly I would remember something like that. On Nov 22, Century came and collected my items and of course the estimated cost amount was inaccurate and I had to pay an addition $500 to Century. All Pro quoted me at approx. 900 cf., and the total came out to approx. 1200 cf. So basically it is a waste of time itemizing your inventory and dimensions when the final cost they give you is intentionally inaccurate. Also, I HAD to pay the additional $500 at pick up in order for Century to carry away my things. Of course my items were already on the truck so you had no choice but to pay the scammer – Century. It is now Nov 25, and I am in Florida. My first call was to Century, where I spoke with Wendy regarding the status of my items. Wendy informed me that the items were not scheduled to be delivered yet. I called All Pro and spoke with a completely incompetent and lack of social skills employee Jake Walker. He informed me that I would not receive a copy of the recorded call because it is strictly for company records. This leads me to believe they don’t have the recorded call because it was never made on Nov 4. Jake thereafter told me that it could take up to 21 days before my items will arrive in Florida! Needless to say that once All Pro & Century have your money, the truth finally comes out, the scams appear, and the disgusting customer services surfaces. So, I am in Florida, with my husband, one luggage each, and 4 months pregnant. I had to buy a blow up mattress and some household items just to survive. Our items will arrive who knows when. I will NEVER use this company or Century ever again and will report them to their states Better Business Bureau. I based my decision on reviews and the initial positive customer service I received from Billy. I wonder if this review will delay my items being delivered to Florida… We’ll see. I had to write this now (prior to my items being delivered) to prevent another American from scammer moving companies.

Price gouging

1/ 5

This company will low ball you until the furniture is in truck. And the will not release it to you pay first. That is when you see the charges for tape boxes and blankets. For about $400 don’t believe a thing. I was giving a price for$ 420 and ended up paying $920 in CASH. Terrible place.

I was disappointed twice

2/ 5

I don’t want to go into detail of what All Pro Moving did to me. But in summary, they could meet up with schedule date and we had to reschedule twice. That is not good for me as it cost me many things.
