SCAM! Don't be fooled
Joshua Wiley, the sales rep, will flat out lie to you! He told me he’d be the “point of contact” throughout the move. He assured me the price on my contract was the “maximum I would pay”. He guaranteed me a delivery date and said I’d get a call a week prior to confirm the time of the move. All of this was a lie. I finally got a call ONE DAY prior to my move, and found out then that they contract to a 3rd party company, Safeguard Van Lines, which has terrible reviews. They came and tried to rewrite the contract and charge me twice as much. I had no choice but to cancel on site. Furthermore, the actual moving company refused to guarantee me a delivery date. Joshua was NOT reachable at all. The movers didn’t have masks on and were smoking outside my home. I had no choice but to cancel on site. I called customer service afterwards. Ashley and Mia were unhelpful and blamed it on me for not calling them during the move, even though Joshua was supposedly my “contact person” and he did not answer my calls or voice mails. They refused to give me my $500 deposit back. They offered me a “courtesy refund” of $150 – unbelievable! Don’t ever use this company. Don’t be fooled.
