They were overall very solid and easy to work with. They responded very quickly to our request also as well as with follow up questions. They had good availability at a fair price, and showed up on the early side of their window. The "foreman" Jamie was very pleasant and was clearly and consistently hustling (and thus setting a good example for the other movers). My only complaint is that they did a little damage during the move, all small things that weren't a big deal but still damage nonetheless. I think you have to expect a few problems any time you move so I was overall pretty satisfied, but they lose a star for the several small mishaps. That said, I would use them again.

Did I mention that they showed up on time! Someone came by my house to give me a quote, which in my experience is not the case with most companies. Then, the day of the move, they called and confirmed the time, at least an hour before they arrived. They also called when they were on their way and when they were about 10 mins away. I've never had a moving company do that. Thank you Up and Up for being so professional, courteous, and personable during the whole process!
