Less than 1 Star Service from U-Trust
First, Missy quoted me a price of $1100, on the day of pick up the price jumped to $2100. Then she stated that it was because I had more items than initially listed on the inventory. I then told her that she and I never discussed an inventory listing she then told me oh the lady that referred me to her told me what you had. I said I don’t see how when I never discussed it with her this was May 22nd. In the interest of time I went ahead and we agreed on a price after everything I still ended up paying $2100. Moving on June 3rd the driver calls and before even attempting to deliver my household goods he says that he’ll be delivering my stuff on June 4th but it’ll be an extra $600 because his truck could not fit. We shared with him a video of the company that transported our vehicles to assure him that he could fit. He didn’t even try to do the delivery before saying he would not fit. I am currently in Afghanistan and had to have my realtor there for my delivery. She sent me videos of my damaged items there’s a hole in my couch among other things and I have items missing. They also gave me 2 tables that didn’t belong to me. Luckily I saw them in the video and told them they weren’t mine hopefully the rightful owner will get their property back. Hopefully I will get my items that I have missing as well. I have emailed U-Trust several times and of course they have not responded. This company needs to be addressed by the BBB. I have every intention of going to the military JAG office to see what my options are because what they are doing has to be a crime. Dealing with them has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life, which says a lot because I’m currently in a war zone and they still rate higher on my stress meter.
