William Andrews, Jamestown SC #B5119590 10/22/2021 Contacted Trinity moving and storage as one of many companies to move us from South Carolina to the Orlando area in Florida. Dylan Boyle was the sales agent and offered me a great price after my veterans discount. The total estimate was $5,260.84. After send my deposit of $1821.33 the total cost would have been $3,439.51. I called to reduce the items needed to be shipped (Washer, Dryer, two work benches, metal cabinet, 2 ladders, metal shelving, garden tools, shop vac and 2 weed eaters.) The list was updated by Bruce Richards the senior estimator but the price did not change. I called again to find out how much I would need at pick up and was told $1,761.72. This would bring the total estimate to $1,677.79. When the Truck arrived (not Trinity but a company called Star USA Moving LCC I was handed a bill for $3,100. Driver said half now and half when delivered. That would have me pay at delivery another $3,100. That would bring the total price to $8,021.33. I tried calling and emailing Trinity to get an explanation but as of this review Ive heard nothing from them. I tried leaving a message after hours but the voice mailbox was full. Totally disappointed in this companies customer service and mis quote. I expected to pay a little over the estimate but not $2760.49 over the estimate. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I hope you read this before you choose them. I wish I had researched this company better than I did.

    Margaret Mitchell Wed, Jul 21, 8:05 PM (5 days ago) to Trinity To Whom It May Concern: I was taken for $2,748.00 from Trinity Relocators located in the State of Florida! I was lied to from the very beginning by Shane L. and Bruce R. and also Best Price Movers in Chicago, Illinois. The only individual that attempted to help was Desiree W. at Trinity, but to no avail because Trinity claimed that I did not follow the proper procedure to cancel the service. I never tried to cancel the service because I needed it and told every party involved that I needed a very large moving Van. I was sent a 15 Feet Ryder Moving Truck with a fictitious copy of my original itemized contents list! When attempting to communicate with the 3 men that were to make the move, they showed me there list which one only approximately 1/3 of the original list. I still have copies! They walked through through the property and immediately said they were unable to accommodate me. Please read the message that was sent from Trinity when I requested a refund of my deposit! Trinity Relocation Group Customer Service Mon, Jul 19, 10:16 AM (7 days ago) to me Good afternoon, This email is to confirm the events that occurred during your scheduled pick up and the events leading up to your scheduled pick up. When the movers arrive at pick up they do a walk through and determine what the actual cost could be, during this time they informed you that the estimate was going to go up due to larger items, additional items and additional packing. The movers notified us that you had at least 2-3 times more stuf than what was on the estimate and that you were not going to move forward with the revision or the original estimate so the movers left. This is concidered a cancellation and per our cancellation policy the deposit is nonrefundable. Please see our cancellation policy below. Estimates may be canceled and deposits are fully refundable if the customer cancels the estimate/order within 72 hours of placing their reservation (minus 10% merchant processing fee). From 72 hours after placing the reservation, up to 48 hours prior to the client`s first available pickup date, any cancellation request will result in 50% refund. Any cancellation request received within 48 hours of a customer`s first available pickup date will result in forfeiture of their down payment. If placing your reservation within 5 business days of your first available pickup date, the deposit is non-refundable for scheduling and routing purposes. All non-refundable deposits can be utilized towards a future reservation within a 12 month period from the date of original reservation. This is not what happened but you will definitely get your just reward! You are some very modern day crooks that are taking from people as a Moving Brokerage Firm and you are going to pay for what you have done and pay dearly! I hope you will understand when the bomb is lowered on you! You have a nice day and I hope you feel happy spending my hard earned money for service that you have not provided! SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!

      Stay away from this company if you don't want to be scammed. I was first given initial estimated cost for my moving of 4300 $, after I spend 15 min on the phone, explaining to one of their employees how many and what items exactly I need to be moved. Next day I realized I have forgotten some items, and I took photos of everything, including the items described in our initial conversation. I asked for updated new estimated moving quote over a dozen times in the next few days. On July 1, someone named Bruce Richards finally sends me an email, in which he assures me, and I quote “The driver can adjust the estimate on pickup with minor changes “ My emails and phone calls were either ignored, or I was told over the phone that someone will get back at me. Someone from trinity called me at 9:30 pm and told me the movers are coming next day, Wednesday, possibly in the morning , even though i was told i will be given a call that would give me time to prepare. I asked for the pick up date to be moved to Thursday and i was told that will cost me 750 $. No movers showed up on Thursday or the following day, no explanation was ever given, no one tried to contact me to tell me what is going on On Saturday, the movers from Jet moving and storage finally showed up and the driver after looking at my items at home, gave me a new estimated quote of 11 222 $. He told me that he doesn’t have the refrigerator, the patio chairs and few more items on his list. I showed him the email with the attached photos of all those items that I send on July 1. According to the initial estimated cost, my estimated cubic feet space was calculated at 360, but the driver said that would actually be over 1300 cubic feet. How adding a few items that he did not have on his list and should have had can take up more than triple room in the truck? How is going from 4300 $ to 11222 $ a minor change?? Why all my voicemails and emails repeatedly asking for updated moving quote were ignored. Well according to the electronic agreement you have to sign with Trinity relocation group, you lose your right for refund if you have to cancel 48 hours before the moving date. So I was given absolutely intentionally unrealistic moving quote, with inaccurate numbers of how much cubic feet space my items would take in the mover’s truck. In an email received on 11 of July, someone from Trinity relocation group customer service has the audacity of actually asking me “What is the difference? You would have paid for all of the additional items you had, whether you gave them to Bruce initially or the driver”. This is so absurd and that I am lost for words. Trinity employees deliberately did not update their estimated moving cost so I can miss the time frame to ask for a refund according to their electronic agreement

        Great service from the start. I was contacted by several companies but I was happy I choose Trinity Relocation. Everything was packed very carefully, timelines were accurate and nothing was damaged upon delivery. Would use them again given the opportunity. Recommend!

          I rarely write reviews but this mover deserves one for sure. They did excellent move for me. Estimate matched the actual cost. My stuff got to destination without damage and timing was perfect. Sales people helped while preparing for the move which is also a plus. Give them a call!

            I just had Trinity Relocation moved me Brooklyn. I would recommend them to anyone of my friends and family. They were fast, expedient, totally personable. From 1 to 5 I would give them 6 because my experiences with other moving companies have not been up to par and I would be confident using them again.
