Please don't use this company as they are (in the words of the Truck Driver) just brokers. No response to concerns and way over the estimate. Look eleswhere.

This company is terrible. I had to reschedule my move and they took 1/2 of my down payment that I tried to use to have my trailer unloaded but they refused and said it was labor. $2600 down the drain. I would not use this company again if it was the last one on earth. Just stay away.

These people are fraudsters. They lie to us on a daily basis. They promised delivery 3 weeks ago and of course it still hasn't arrived. They would not return our calls until I wrote a scathing review on YELP, suddenly they called us. Now it's lie after lie. They come up with a new story everyday. I think they probably sold our stuff to increase their fee income on the shipment. It's now 2 weeks until Christmas and no furniture. I think they're criminals and need to be prosecuted.

When we called Trinity for a quote, they said they could get us a deal because "they had a truck in the area on our date". This ended up being a simple sales tactic, and our experience was rough from start to finish. I've always been willing to pay for movers, as they make the tough experience easier. Unfortunately, Trinity was hands down the worst part of my recent move. If you'd like to use them, here are some important things to know: 1. The company is a broker who will sell your move to another company. You will not be dealing with Trinity on the day of your move. 2. Any estimates they provide are not binding, and you may be subject to either significant increases in cost on the day of your move. They say this, but it's a real concern. We actually ended up having to pay more, as well as rent a completely different truck and move a lot of our stuff on our own. 3. If you have any issues (such as an incorrect estimate) on the day of the move, Trinity will not provide any support or help - you have to negotiate directly with the mover. If I could save you any hassle at all, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! We were planned to move from TX to MO and at the beginning they were very accommodative to us and price. But when the day for these people to pick our stuff up they were very rude to my wife, told her it would be $2500 more to move our things right then even though we already paid an additional $400 the week before for more things we added. He then said that our stuff would not make it to Missouri by the end of the week but by the end of the next week. Even though in the contract we had it for a 3-5 day turn around. Once we brought up the contract, the man then said to my wife "that is just a piece of paper that you made over the phone, that has nothing to do with me or how much I charge." Once we got on the phone with the headquarters, they did absolutely nothing for us, would not accommodate for nothing, said we were out of luck on getting any kind of refund since it was not head quarters that made the problem but a driver. Since I was persistent on the phone with them, the lady then started to scream at me saying, "Dillon there is nothing I can do for you," then hung up the phone. I do not want anyone to ever have to deal with what I had to deal with today nor lose almost $2000 like I have from these crooks.
