So here’s how it works. When you talk to their booking agent, you express concern whether their truck will fit in your complex, and they assure you that they have reviewed google maps and there should be no issues at all. You then ask what pick up date allows for your belongings to be delivered by September 6th, and they tell you August 20th will make that happen. So then you do not hear from them, and when you contact them asking when your things will arrive, they tell you they have no set plans right now, but you’ll get your things at some point. Finally, after a month, they call to tell you that they are bringing your things, but there is no way their truck will fit, so you owe them about another thousand dollars. Your objects arrive with furniture heavily damaged and boxes water damaged and torn up. You make a claim on the damaged goods, and they tell you if you wanted them to take responsibility for your items that you should have paid them extra “insurance” money.
TLDR: this is absolutely the company to use if you want to pay thousands to have your items to disappear for 4 weeks and come to you damaged.
