The WORST moving company my husband and I have ever dealt with. Mind you, we have moved from West to East back to West about 5x. Our first time using this company and would NEVER EVER refer them to anyone but my worst enemy. Our items came with broken items, missing parts, scratches and boxes came in poor condition. The only thing the company will do for you is to give you $0.60/weight of the item.
From the moving consultant, to the office staff and the packing / loading team, Texas Moving is professional, courteous and efficient. I have moved eight times and Texas Moving has provided the best service. I highly recommended them for packing, storage and moving.
Although we had a minor blip at the beginning, I highly recommend Texas Moving. Communication with the moving coordinator was easy, the packing/unpacking was meticulous and the mover was just wonderful. In terms of resolving an issue, they worked quickly to respond to our concerns.
