This is my second time using this company. The first time I had them pack everything and then store it for a couple of months and then drop it off at a later date. I remember thinking it was pricy but I had few options at the time. I lamented as I had to move unexpectedly. There were a few minor issues but all in all it was fine. At that time I had a house full of furniture and things to move. This time I had no major furniture or appliances, they didn't have to pack any art or TVs (they were moved in crates) so they only had a bedroom, kitchen and bathrooms to pack. And I helped by packing my wine and my hanging clothes. The four of them ended up working overtime and it was very expensive. The labels on the boxes didn't help me find anything and without an inventory to refer to, I had to basically open all of the boxes to guess what was in them.

I highly recommend their services. Everyone is so friendly, respectful and professional. I also really appreciated how quickly they responded to every email or phone call. It was easy to get a hold of them and they were timely in getting back to us when we had questions. When our moving crew arrived, they were on time, very polite and extremely professional. They worked hard and didn't stop until they had everything where it needed to be and even helped us unpack

Customer service at its best! William showed up on time to provide a quote for the move. Stephanie at the office was always there to answer any question I had. She even called the day before my move to confirm the date and time. Tony's crew who did the actual moving were incredible. They showed up on time. They were very professional and handle our possessions as if they were their own. You could tell they have being doing this job for a long time because they were very efficient. They even worked around our time frame as the move into our new home was delayed by a day. Overall a very pleasant experience and would definitely hire Rogers service group again.
