We moved again and chose Richardson Movers once more. We were not disappointed! Nick, Marken and Matt were great and made our stressful moving day so much easier. They were extremely respectful, kind, happy, strong, and hardworking. I would recommend these young men to anyone who's looking to move. I took off one star due to not being told by the company up front that their offers to provide moving supplies and the included wardrobe boxes meant that I would be charged at the end for keeping these materials. I had a bit of correspondence with the company over email but there was no pricing mentioned for materials. The mover explained that I could get money back if I returned the boxes, but there was no way I could deal with unpacking right away.

I was very impressed by the service they provided. The three guys that came to my place were on time and worked really hard. My furniture was properly handled, wrapped and loaded onto the truck, without any issues. Nothing was broken or damaged. This is my first time using a professional moving company and I am very thankful for Richardson Service’s hard work and professionalism. I would definitely hire them again if I need a moving company in the future!
