Our moving date was April 28, time between 8 - 9:00 am. The movers arrived at our house at 10:00 am, after we called them twice questioning where the movers were. My husband had spoken with Lynette and given her the size of our two story house and the items to be moved. The movers seemed very concerned about moving the treadmill from the upstairs bedroom to the truck. The movers spoke often about their concerns. The hydraulic lift on the truck was not operating and this was another concern; a justified concern considering the size of some of the pieces of furniture. I encourage Ramos Moving to keep the repairs updated on their trucks! The treadmill was the last piece of furniture moved. It is currently in our storage. Once our new home is complete and we move in, we will find out if the treadmill still works. We will not be using this moving company again.

I couldn't believe I will get a bad job from this company. They were nice from the start and quoted me fairly enough. They also arrived early and start moving me. But when we got to my new home, I found many of my stuff were broken and damaged and the legs of my chairs are missing. I lodge a complain and they promise they will get back to me. It's been 2 weeks already and I have never heard anything from them. They also won't reply to my emails. Bad company, I must say.
