They were a polite and courteous crew. They arrived on time and get the job done quickly. However, they unfortunately broke something very valuable and lost three small items. Considering how much they charge you'd expect a flawless move. Although they offer to make some for the damage, I will only give them three stars even though I love and appreciate their hard work.
The crew that came to pack our things at the old house (and pick up the storage unit) was on time, extremely friendly and professional, and did a very thorough job. They were careful not to damage anything, even though we did have to take apart a few furniture items in order to get it all out of the house. The delivery men at the new house set everything back together for us and went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly where we wanted it. The whole process took less than schedule and we are really grateful for their hard work.
Very few companies that started in 1851 are still around today to talk about it!
