I would use MVL again if I had to. My sales rep Brooke was excellent and the moving experience went well.

Do NOT use Madison Van Lines!!! They are a broker that claims to be highly skilled and professional, but they are probably the worst moving company with whom I've ever had the misfortune of working. I recently used them to move from NY to FL. I provided my inventory with exact dimensions of everything, including all boxes and furniture. I was quoted a final price of $1,906. I even confirmed with their representative Jill the day before my move my exact inventory, and she still said everything would be $1,906. To my surprise, when NYC Movers came to pick up all of my belongings, I was told my price was actually $3,000! When I questioned this, I was told that even though my inventory was 100% correct, that the Madison Van Lines representative totally undercut my total cubic footage. After six weeks of going back and forth with them, they are now trying to deny any responsibility for this. They will ignore you in all hopes that you will just "go away". Well, I'm not "going away". I am moving forward with legal action against them, as they breached the contract and have been extremely unresponsive. I also submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, as their unscrupulous and unethical/shady business practices need to be shutdown! Referring to these people as moronic is an understatement. I don't want any other potential customers to fall victim to this horrible, deceptive moving broker, so beware! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

I used theses guys for my relocation to TX , the crew was super professional and quick , they load my 2 bedroom apt in 2 and half hours . Highly recommend

Quite possibly the worst customer service ever. If you do not have a special order you may be fine but if you have a special request they will lie through their teeth. Non-apologetic bold face lies. We had condo association guidelines and work hour issues and they told my wife they could abide by that. We called the day before they were scheduled to arrive and they said they weren't coming. Not only did they lie about making the specified date they weren't even going to call and let us know. Jill, the manager told me they were going to "set this right" and asked me "how they can make this better", I asked for them to be on time and she said they couldn't do that. I asked for them to cover my missed wages and they said they could not. Lip service and lies. Thinking I was an idiot she kept asking me to look at the paperwork. It says they aren't liable for the time they show up. What she didn't realize is that has nothing to do with what we were told. A company that suggests you buy their insurance and cannot promise to be on time (after the fact) has no business even saying they have customer service. I was going to give one star but the actual movers did a good job .

This company kept my friends items hostage asking for more money than what they were entitled. Be careful, they are charming on the phone, true con-artist. Do not let them fool you!

This company is simply the best. Their quick delivery is amazing. I needed to move my office in New Jersey to a new office I bought at Los Angeles and relocating on a weekend was the best option for me. I have heard of how moving companies delay jobs because of long distances and I was bothered on which company to consult. I tried Madison Van Lines based on past reviews and what I got was super splendid. They agreed to move my stuffs on a weekend and they finished before time.
