If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible company. They stole things from me, damaged almost all of my belongings. Won’t pay up for any damage and blocked all phone numbers. They did half the work and said they were tired.

The actual movers were nice and very apologetic about dropping a box. I asked the process for having items replaced and he explained that the owner would take care of it. I called and he offered me 20.00 and to glue items back together. My stuff was in perfect condition. The owner is very unprofessional and does not value the items being moved. I asked for the insurance information and have yet to receive it.

Joe and his team of guys were attentive to my items and the timeline. Michael the Manager spoke harshly when I first called to schedule my move. The guys arrived at my home on time and immediately began moving my items. The Manager was called so I could verify the price and we spoke about the previous telephone conversation and Michael is a reasonable person. The move allowed me relax and be concerned about how I want things set up and reassemble. Thank you Crave Movers of Houston TX.

I am truly grateful for Crave Movers. Yesterday, I was so worried about moving and Michael the Manager and Joe the moving crew (3) assured me that They will complete the move in less than 2.5 hours and that is less than the time I allotted in my budget. Great group of guys. Stay professional, quick, and careful.
