Yes, for a while, we’ve been going above and beyond contract levels to achieve client satisfaction. YELP has recently started punishing us for going beyond. What a shame that Yelp allows many carriers that are not insured for long distance, nor have permits, or trucks to advertise. American Moving has always been fully compliant with all local laws. We’ve been here for many years before YELP. We’ll be here for many years after.
